If you encounter technical errors while using the Services, Solar Sparkle may ask for your permission to collect a crash report and certain logging information from your system documenting the error ("Diagnostic Information"). This information may contain details about your Operating System version, hardware, browser version, and your email address, if provided. Furthermore, some login information is stored locally on your computer in a cookie to streamline the login process ("Login Information").
